Designation Vice President - Quant Analyst
Job Description
  • Manage delivery, resource allocation, and continuous improvement of complex technical projects using Agile/Scrum practices (planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, sprint execution).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and customers to gather requirements, validate use cases, and propose technically feasible solutions with clear timelines and effort estimates.
  • Work closely with engineering, quality assurance, and product teams to deliver high-quality software aligned with organizational goals, compliance, and security standards.
  • Handle change requests and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Desired Profile
  • Strong experience in managing and delivering complex technical projects, preferably in AI/ML or data-driven environments.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum setup and drive end-to-end project execution.
  • Solid understanding of AI/LLM technologies, including practical exposure to model development, deployment, or integration
  • Hands-on programming experience in Python, with familiarity in modern development frameworks and tools.
  • Good understanding of software architecture, system design, and scalable distributed systems
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
