Designation ED - Principal Engineer
Job Description
  • Serve as a Principal Engineer and strategic technical advisor to leadership across applications, infrastructure, security, databases, and web technologies.
  • Drive the design and implementation of innovative, scalable, and enterprise-wide engineering solutions for complex business and technical challenges
  • Lead the resolution of highly complex, cross-functional problems requiring deep analysis, vision, and long-term architectural thinkin
  • Architect, build, and maintain core blockchain modules using Go and the Cosmos SDK.
  • Configure, launch, and manage blockchain networks including genesis configuration, validator setup, and consensus tuning
  • Ensure security, correctness, and performance through comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
  • Participate in architectural discussions, conduct code reviews, and maintain high standards of technical documentation.
Desired Profile
  • 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong focus on backend, distributed systems, or blockchain development.
  • Proven experience operating at a Principal/Lead Engineer level, influencing enterprise architecture and technology strategy.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Go (Golang) and building scalable, high-performance systems
  • Deep understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms (CometBFT), and ABCI/ABCI++ interfaces.
  • Solid knowledge of cross-chain protocols, especially Inter-Blockchain Communication (IBC).
  • Good proficiency in Rust with the ability to understand, analyze, and develop services where required.
