Designation Vice President - Risk Manager
Job Description
  • Design, build, and maintain high-quality infrastructure platforms and services that meet business, performance, availability, and scalability requirements.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement appropriate technologies and architectures to support current and future business needs.
  • Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews, using data to continuously reduce mean time to detect and resolve (MTTD/MTTR)
  • Apply software engineering principles to infrastructure delivery to reduce manual effort, improve consistency, and increase system resilience
  • Ensure infrastructure platforms are designed and operated with strong security controls, protecting systems and data from unauthorised access and cyber threats.
Desired Profile
  • Proven experience in Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Cloud Engineering, ideally within large-scale, enterprise or financial services environments
  • Strong understanding of cloud and hybrid infrastructure architectures
  • Hands-on experience with automation and Infrastructure
  • Expertise in reliability engineering, monitoring, observability, incident management, and post-incident analysis
