Designation Vice President - MFA Implementation
Job Description
  • Lead the end-to-end migration from Cisco Duo and RSA SecurID to Microsoft Authenticator, ensuring minimal business disruption and a seamless end-user experience.
  • Collaborate with enterprise and security architecture teams to design scalable, resilient MFA solutions aligned with organizational security standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Define, implement, and enforce MFA policies, standards, and procedures in accordance with the organization’s security framework and industry best practices.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for MFA technologies, providing hands-on guidance for solution integration, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
Desired Profile
  • 10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with deep expertise in Multi-Factor Authentication solutions
  • Proven hands-on experience with Cisco Duo, RSA SecurID, and Microsoft Authenticator, including successful large-scale MFA migrations
  • Strong knowledge of identity and access protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect, as well as enterprise security frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
