Desired Profile	12+ years of experience in Corporate Actions operations, preferably in Asset Management or Global Investment Operations Strong expertise across mandatory & voluntary corporate actions, proxy voting, class actions, and tax reclaims Deep understanding of global market practices, custodian models, and regulatory standards Demonstrated success in process improvement, automation, and AI adoption Hands-on experience with corporate action systems.
