Job Description	Oversee daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual controls to ensure accurate IBOR and accounting data Ensure accurate start-of-day positions for investment teams Maintain integrity of tax lot–level data, including tax-managed portfolios Enhance MI and KPI reporting for operational effectiveness Drive process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled transformation
Desired Profile	10+ years of experience in asset management, portfolio accounting, or fund accounting In-depth knowledge of middle-office operations Extensive experience with accounting systems, preferably Aladdin Strong experience with derivatives, synthetic exposures, and bank loans
