Job Description	Own and continuously enhance the data quality framework for Reference Data and Core Transaction Processing Data Develop, maintain, and operationalize data quality controls Ensure robust data validation, exception monitoring, and escalation processes to maintain data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness Support investigation, triage, and resolution of data exceptions, enabling scalable root cause analysis and issue mitigation Lead process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled transformation initiatives
Desired Profile	10+ years of experience in Investment Operations, Data Management, Deep understanding of the investment and trade lifecycle Highly technology-literate, with hands-on experience building data-driven platforms, dashboards, APIs, and automated controls Experience using Data Quality platforms and BI tools Familiar with a broad range of financial instruments and asset classes
