Job Description	Contribute to the design and development of the equity derivatives and structured products platform, covering product modelling, pricing, booking, and lifecycle events Act as a key interface between the Trading desk and Strats team Ensure accurate internal representation of products to support pricing, risk, and P&L Lead, mentor, and develop the Derivatives Platform Strats team
