Designation	VP - Workday Data Analyst
Job Description	Investigate and analyze data issues related to data quality, lineage, controls, and identifying authoritative data sources to ensure consistent and reliable data. Conduct data cleansing and transformation tasks to prepare data for detailed analysis and reporting. Designing and building data pipelines to automate data movement and processing. Documentation of data quality findings and recommendations for improvement.
Desired Profile	At least 5-7 years in roles related to data analysis, data governance, business intelligence, or similar areas Strong data analysis skills, with a proven ability to identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues Familiarity with Workday Prism for analytics and data architecture, and experience integrating and managing data within the Workday environment. Workday functional knowledge (especially HR modules) and hands-on experience in working with Workday data and technology.
