Designation	Chapter Lead - Blockchain & Crypt
Job Description	Act as the Chapter Lead for several squads, managing the priorities and engineering excellence of the squad. Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of the Digital Asset Management platform on AWS Cloud. Oversee the creation of solutions for Tokenization and Crypto products from both a technical and strategic perspective. Conduct code reviews, ensure quality standards Promote the development of new features, scalability, and operational improvements across the platform.
Desired Profile	14+ Years of industry experience in the software engineering or asset management space, with a proven track record in leading teams, delivering complex projects, and managing large-scale systems. Strong hands-on experience in building and managing applications, particularly with Java/J2EE, and experience in working with both frontend and backend technologies. Proficiency in designing and deploying applications on AWS Cloud Experience in blockchain-related technologies, especially with Tokenization and Crypto products. Knowledge of how blockchain interacts with traditional financial systems
