Job Description	Collect and analyze metrics on bugs detected early versus those identified later in the development cycle Use the collected statistics to identify what new tools or test cases will be most effective. Refactor existing library code to eliminate common classes of bugs. Promote a collaborative and efficient team environment to ensure the delivery of high-quality support to the desk.
Desired Profile	At least 7-8 years of experience in software development using C++. Experience using Python or Java. Experience working in a cross-functional teams, bridging technical & design perspectives. Serve as a liaison between the Strats, Trading desk and other departments to resolve issues and implement solutions.
