Job Description	Clarify business requirements and work with customer to understand business context and issues. Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the conduct and Unauthorised Trading Controls, current practices and system capabilities. Detailed Business Analysis for designing new trading controls, MI and reports. Demonstrates an excellent understanding of US financial market regulations.
Desired Profile	In depth knowledge of Financial Markets (with minimum of 8 years of experience) or in at least one asset class (FX, Equities, Fixed Income) is essential. Experience of working in Risk and control, Information Security or Regulatory Compliance teams. Evidence of a successful track record delivering change in a IB Front Office environment. Good understanding of Trading products - Cash and Derivatives across Asset classes and the general end to end trade lifecycle for key product type
