Designation Staff Platform Engineer
Job Description
  • Develop standardized tools and frameworks for application deployment and operations, aligned with industry best practices.
  • Continuously enhance platform capabilities to adopt emerging technologies and improve developer experience, satisfaction, and productivity.
  • Help software engineers to experiment with new potential platforms follow our standards, and when platforms become suitable for broader use, consider integrating it as a standard group-wide tool.
  • Maintain the underlying infrastructure to ensure the that it is reliable, secure and scalable
  • Offer strategic guidance to platform teams on enhancing scalability, implementing test automation, and optimizing deployment automation.
Desired Profile
  • Relevant experience of 11 to 16 years is required
  • Proficient in Linux configuration and troubleshooting essential.
  • Creating Automation playbooks using Bash, Ansible & Python.
  • Experience working in DevSecOps environment designing and implementing CI pipelines to support automated build and testing of code with a focus on security.
  • Deep understanding and hands on experience on CD pipelines using Github Actions, Kubernetes, Helm Charts, Cloudformation, Terraform, SST and other related technologies.
