Job Description	Be able to codify best practices and engage between the different subgroups Technically adept to review different technology components within the platform, from data & activation capabilities Experience, with certifications, of leading project management on large marketing programs in Agile/Scrum setups, using JIRA or other relevant platforms Deliver cutting-edge POC, thought paper and bring in deep subject matter expertise in this space
Desired Profile	At least 9+ years’ hands-on experience with leading the execution of complex commercial operations programs Recent experience of at least 1-2 years with integrating AI/ML-driven recommendation engines At least 5+ years with project/program management delivery accountability, and 2+ years with direct people management responsibilities Hands-on experience of the digital marketing ecosystem
