Designation	Site Head-Manufacturing Operations
Job Description	Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance. Manage production schedules, inventory management, and supply chain efficiency. Lead equipment optimization, process improvement initiatives, and the adoption of new technologies to increase manufacturing efficiency and capability. Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs that comply with regulatory standards and create a safe workplace. Oversee large-scale operational projects, including facility expansions, new product introductions, and technology transfers.
Desired Profile	Minimum of 18 years of experience in pharmaceutical operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. Deep knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and other international pharmaceutical guidelines. Proven track record of leading large-scale manufacturing, engineering, and project management activities. Strong understanding of engineering principles, including equipment validation, facility design, and maintenance.
