Designation	Team Lead Pricing Services
Job Description	Deliver end to end Experience studyas per the plan and review results for peers. Be able to lead junior associates with direct line reporting, be responsible to lead, mentor, engage and inspire in the team. Support reinsurance Quotation/OTR/Repricing requests and co-ordinate pricing process with relevant market teams and XFT's for the requirement Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate OTRs, Terms of Trades and Large Transactions, be able to explain the ES results in terms of theory and rational behind suitable age/rate labels and application of appropriate rates Pricing and Experience Studies related projects targeted for efficiency improvements
Desired Profile	Actuarial experience of at least 5+ years in direct and/or reinsurance pricing, experience studies, governance, and tools within Asian Market. Preferably having experience in guiding and coaching team members to achieve team goals Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills Job may involve occasional travelling
