Designation	AVP- Product Delivery Manager
Job Description	Responsible for creating project timelines and critical deliverables and ensuring that all parties meet the agreed deadlines. Responsible for the mechanics of the product launch process. Seek efficiencies in the process in order to improve the timeliness of delivery. Present and facilitate review and approval of new products with the new business committees and fund boards. Help to establish global best practice for product delivery from a technical and governance perspective. Product function is responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the product range.
Desired Profile	Ability to demonstrate significant previous product delivery experience at an established asset manager. An understanding of sustainability risk. Self-starter, who takes ownership, works with minimal supervision and can deliver the right solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, an ability to communicate with impact. Ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple complex initiatives (at different levels of granularity). Independent thinker who has an enquiring mindset.
