Designation Lead Media Specialist
Job Description
  • Work as a team player and provide support as needed to fellow team members (we all succeed or fail together)
  • Manage quality control and troubleshoot others’ work, both technical and creative.
  • Spearhead implementation, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and technical support for completed courses. Apply the results from usability testing to create new features and improve current features of UI.
  • Should be able to apply ADA/accessibility compliance features in created learning solutions/applications.
  • Understand the Multimedia principles and apply them in eLearning for the better learning experience
  • Lead the development of storyboards.
  • Establish/add simulation quality standards. Drive quality standards through review of project documents, design, deliverables, final and learning content.
Desired Profile
  • 8+ years experience designing interactive e-learning media
  • Provide technical leadership or support on projects and initiatives requiring programming.
  • Competence with standard IT tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Demonstrated ability to establish strong business relationships.
  • Good presentation skills, interpersonal and communication skills, fluent (verbal and written) in English.
  • Ability to operate effectively in an international matrix environment, with ability to work across time zones.
