Designation Key Account Manager
Job Description
  • Acting as the main point of contact between key partners/stakeholders and internal teams
  • Supervising the Account Teams assigned to each key partners/stakeholders
  • Communicating and collaborating with the Marketing, Sales, and Logistics Departments to ensure that partner's needs are met
  • Developing a thorough understanding of key stakeholders needs & requirements and preparing customized solutions
  • Expanding the relationships with partners by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Desired Profile
  • Analysing data and sales statistics and improving business and marketing strategies
  • Managing the creation of annual and quarterly marketing plans for selected accounts
  • Liaising with KAMs to understand account-specific requirements, designing and implementing programs
  • Management, ensuring Fill-rate for all categories, sell out management, sell out enablers, competition benchmarking, Quick Marketing Intelligence, relationship with partner's operations team.
Functional Area Sales
Skills Sell Out, Retail, Modern Trade, Promoter
Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field required. Masters Degree or other advanced degree preferred, Female candidates only
