Designation	Vice President Project Manager
Job Description	Management and control of projects / deliverables to meet demanding timelines The role holder has to continuously be aware of Group and business strategy and vision Demonstrate a continual desire to implement “strategic” or “optimal” solutions and where possible, avoid workarounds or short-term tactical solutions. Understand all changes in the wider context of the business lines/ areas supported and the program has an impact on, including Regulatory and Global Standards projects. Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure that robust communication and escalation mechanisms are in place across the project Interact with internal clients to facilitate effective process change and ensure expectations are effectively managed Follow governance/ toll gates to ensure the right requirements are being signed off and built, with the outcomes fully understood
Desired Profile	Strong understanding of various Middle Office functions, and business control processes. Experience of leading large multi-year global transformation programs for multinational banks Experience of driving high performance of teams and individuals to meet performance targets aligned to objectives, through coaching and mentoring in the role and as part of a wider team Proven track record in managing senior stakeholders at the level of Global functional leads and working with them to prepare business cases for new programs, design solutions, and implementation roadmaps for approved programs, and govern program implementation and benefit realization Hands-on experience in implementing and managing Agile ways of working for large complex global project teams SME knowledge of the operational processes supporting the creation and management of accounts and settlement instruction data
