Designation	Principal Product Manager Distribution and Connectivity
Job Description	Lead the user experience and interface efforts for the Product, ensuring the delivery of a consuconsumer-qualityuct Recommends processes, product and/,or service improvements based on understanding, anticand ipation of internal and external business challenges Develop UX processes, methods, tools, and frameworks Analyse and refine proud product/projecteholders’ UX-related requests and needs Collaborate with PM and UX Researcher to align on the product vision, then with DEV, QA and PDA to design a solution Communicate efficiently the value of a proposed solution or UX process and design, showcase examples and create communication, presentation, documentation
Desired Profile	Minimum 11 years of IT experience with 5+ years of UXD experience Experience with designing consumer quality products incl. mobile, enabling business capabilities and objective through technology Experience with designing B2B and B2B2C digital products/services is a plus Experience within industry and knowledge is a plus Experience with usability testing, A/B testing and rapid prototyping Solid knowledge and experience with accessibility principles/guidelines when designing is a plus
