Job Description	For complex/cross-functional solutions, propose and/or review sizing for their area ? Review proposed specifications for complex solutions Reviews or advise test strategy/plan Creates process engineering and/or business flow assessments to ensure appropriate reengineering of solutions Recommend process improvements state of requirement, Project Change Proposal (PCP) process, High-Level Architecture design, R&D project follow-up from requirements to production Responsible for planning, conducting and ,directing the analysis of highly complex business problems Support software development engineers by assisting with functionality questions, addressing testing issues, providing training on new products Share advanced knowledge of systems flows, engineering documentation, tools and ,archi tecture concepts
