Job Details

• Support system change processes from requirements through implementation and provide input based on analysis of information
• Consult with business clients to determine technical roadmap for transformation and end to end accountability from planning to delivery for the workflow transformation of the line of business
• Providing vision, strategic leadership and operational direction to workflow implementation.  
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
• Develop a strong technical team that provides expert guidance on workflow transformation implementations
• Maintain strong relationships with senior business partners, control organizations, other technology functions, and external regulators and vendors.
• Manage release management, beta testing, gradual customer rollout and track feature adoption in the markets
• Collaborate with Senior Management on cross functional areas and other programs, as appropriate.

The ideal candidate will possess 15+ years of progressive senior technology leadership experience leading transformational technology efforts
Having prior digital transformation leadership experience is a nice to have.
