Designation	AVP- Business Management
Job Description	Financial Management – ensuring all financial targets are understood and actions can be taken as necessary. Lead monthly review of financials, including working with relevant departments/ regions to obtain further understanding of costs and annual budgets with appropriate rigor and challenge Lead run-rate analysis, forecasting and annual plan process, and provide variance view and insightful commentary where appropriate Review of indirect costs such as Group recharges, charges from Global Service Centres and other intercompany charges Administration around headcount and hiring approvals Governance – demonstrating good governance and control across the assigned Function Monthly Reporting and follow up including Span of Control, Layers, Recruitment files etc.
Desired Profile	Strong Financial background and experience essential Deep understanding of different aspects of cost within a global organization and evidence of delivery in a similar global role Strong relationship management with a focus on financial and budget requirements. Able to work with individuals at different levels. Ability to quickly understand stakeholder requirements and concerns and deliver a quality result Effective written and spoken communication skills in English, and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
