Designation Chief Manager/Manager (Sales & Distribution) - Head
Job Description
  • Efficient and productive management of Inbound and outbound call operations.
  • Devising strategy of customer retention and churn management , thereby ensuring minimal revenue erosion and lower customer acquisition cost.
  • Analysis of data points of DSP & CRM and making strategy accordingly to improve the current operating process.
  • Keep a close watch on IT operating system related with DSP & CRM and reporting & co ordination of anomalies if any on priority basis.
  • MIS reporting on daily basis to internal and external customers.
  • Daily Print Order co-ordination with sales team and mailroom team.
  • Cost optimization of branch P&P budget.
  • Working in matrix reporting structure and intern-personal skill set is must.
Desired Profile
  • Must have 5-6 years of experience in direct sales / subscription sales. Experience of acquiring new subscribers / customers with large sales team. Should have spend 3-4 years in manager or leader role.
  • Must have experience of  6-7 years of backend operation / subscription data processing & analysis.  Designing of subscription schemes to acquire new customers
  • Should have 2-3 years of experience of managing CRM system / call centre.
  • 15 plus years of experience in Customer management (both inbound and outbound) with strong IT background.
  • Must have good understanding of SAP/ Data analysis tools and process.
  • Must have worked in industries having large customer bases – DTH, Mobile operators,Banking, e-commerce
