Job Description	Manage the design, features and benefits of products, volume forecasting & market share To carry out pricing analysis, determine and support distribution channels, design, develop and implement promotional plans for the products. To specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to market. To analyze potential partner relationships (DSAs / Connectors / Aggregators) for the product. To ready and execute the competition and market share strategy for the product line on an ongoing and pro-active manner Design internal and external Campaigns suitable for product
Desired Profile	3-5 years of experience in product management of Term Loans / LAP / MSME Business Loans in Large Banks, NBFCs and SFBs 3-4 years’ experience in branch/regional level Secured Asset Sales or Credit with at least 1 year of product management experience Data Analysis and Storytelling using data Knowledge of Core Banking systems
