Designation	Assistant Vice President - Business Consulting
Job Description	Working with regional and country teams to define, support and deliver relevant reporting requirements Continually improve the quality and scope of the coverage of our reporting systems and processes, especially in preparation for the next phase of our programme to reduce our environmental impacts Group BI & Analytics allows businesses and clients to unlock the value of data through visualisations, insights, self-service analytics and high quality reusable data assets Report progress to senior stakeholders and business sponsors by operating and participating in key steering and governance committees When delivering BI and Analytics solutions, enforce tooling and reporting standards within the team Partner with the central data asset, architecture, data sourcing, technology and Vendor data teams to drive the strategic buildout of high quality reusable data assets, analytics and BI Influence strategy and shape the programme approach across a series of projects or component activities, building stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments and changes Establish effective programme controls and procedures Set high expectations concerning quality and put in place quality assurance processes
Desired Profile	Atleast 6 years of hands-on analytics experience solving complex business problems using data with Master’s degree or equivalent from reputed university. Strong analytical skills with business analysis aptitude. Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations is advantageous. Knowledge to BI tools & Data transformation technologies (such as Qlik, BigData, Python) Knowledge of Cloud Computing (AWS, GCP), Data Modeling, Analytics and or exposure to Data Quality assessment and control is a plus Ability to comprehend intricate and diverse range of business problems and analyse them with limited or complex data and provide a feasible solution framework. Experience on working on Data/Information Management projects of varying complexities.
