Job Description	Analyzing network strength of competition Identify markets for network appointments Facilitate / provide resources for dealer prospecting Do background/quality check of new dealer applicants Obtain management approval for deserving dealership candidates Monitor Work in Progress for timely commencement of new dealerships Provide resources for new dealership hand holding Review of new dealership performance & facilitate achievement of Breakeven point Identify watch category dealers and plan replacements if any Identify dealers with long term potential & positive attitude and provide growth opportunity ton them in terms of expansion Ensuring all legal compliances with respect to dealer appointments & termination in consultation with legal department Provide smooth administrative mechanism for dealer appointments and terminations & liasioning with all the concerned sections Carryout PDCA of dealer appointment process Conceptualization & Implementation of dealership retail identity standards Identification of knowledge and skill gaps of team members & facilitate to bridge them
