Designation VP - Learning Ops & Digital Transformation
Job Description

Vendor Management:

  • Assessment & development of vendor capabilities – Digital, financial and future fit criteria.  Need to create those dynamic requirement matrix and map vendors against that
  • Liaison between company and preferred partner – managing all contract, regulatory, cost related discussion including disputes, reporting

Financial Management:

  • All financial matters, including budget development, planning & reporting; managing the financials, and financial reporting for L&TD
  • Manage the Annual Operating Plan and Forecast process across 7 countries from a cost, vendor and FTE perspective
  • Approve third party payments through accurate reconciliation of financial records.
  • Monitor and manage delivery costs and invoice payments.
  • Act as the main point of contact for addressing any inquiries and questions related to financial operations.
  • Point of contact for resolving contentions with account payables and receivables activities.
  • Conduct finance audit periodically and recommend improvements.

Risk Management:  

  • Monitor and manage operational risk expenses within the established budget.
  • Continually reassess the operational risks associated with the role and inherent in the business, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings, and the impact of new technology.
  • All operational matters, including managing L&D requirements and overseeing activities to ensure safe and cost-effective management of the function
  • Ensure that financial operational activities are executed and delivered as per the standards set by the company.
  • Develop operational initiatives to achieve financial goals.
  • Monitor and manage operational risk expenses within the established budget
     
Desired Profile
  • MBA in HR or related field
  • Overall 14+ years of experience in L&D and Transformation
  • A good eye for numbers. And a good understanding of vendor management, finance systems and process oriented
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills are mandatory, as are good tact and diplomacy, as the role requires relationship management with other individuals and teams within the Group
  • Global Exposure : Ability to interact with multiple cultures / multi-tasking
  • Advanced Proficiency in MS office suite; technical bent of mind
  • Preferable - Lean/Quality Orientation – Six Sigma Certified/trained proven by process improvements achieved in previous roles
