Job Description	Hands on developer of Java based micro services and APIs Close engagement with Architects and Design Authorities across multiple areas. Participate in Architecture & Engineering forums, perform design reviews Participate in Development Modernization and adoption of emerging/modern technologies Build reusable code and libraries for future use with excellent documentation Optimize our services to scale from the outset with telemetry Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders Strive for continuous improvement through active participation in team, J.P. Morgan community and site-wide activities Lead a team of 15+ developers and Technical Lead for a Dash squad
Desired Profile	Preferred 14 + years of experience in software engineering with Technical Leadership experience Experience with Java (Core & EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud) Working knowledge of CI/CD tools & process (GIT/Bitbucket, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Sonar), Scripting languages (Python, Bash, Powershell) Experience with Testing tools & framework (JUnit, Selenium, Cucumber, Mockito) Experience working with RDMS system and SQL Experience with Public and Private cloud infrastructure and solutions, preferably on AWS Knowledge of integration patterns and messaging technologies such as Kafka, IBM MQ Working knowledge of Cloud deployments (Private Cloud / AWS / Azure) and container/orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud Foundry) Knowledge of Agile methodology and Tools Creative problem solver and solutions developer Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices Passionate about building an innovative culture
