Designation	Vice President - Tableau Developer- Risk reporting
Job Description	Developing data and reports using strategic tools such as Tableau to support prudent risk management Identifying and delivering on opportunities to improve process efficiencies, technological automation and functionalities, and user enablement within data and reporting infrastructure. Providing business analysis support for solutions and platforms delivering risk data and risk reporting programs Working closely with Technology groups to support automation efforts, writing business requirements for new/enhanced reports, reviewing and approving BRDs/FRDs, and conducting UATs. Understanding and interpreting the nuances of questions and requests from senior management and regulators and work with risk managers and portfolio analysts to come up with solutions/alternatives. Supporting large and complex programs through creative and thoughtful solutions Serving as analytical and/or procedural expert, representing team on cross function deliverables Providing mentorship and leadership to local team
Desired Profile	8+ years of total experience with 3+ years of experience in a financial services or related role Proficient in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other packages, inclusive of data sourcing and curation, dashboard creation, and data visualization best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proven presentation skills. Ability to relay information to senior management in a succinct, insightful way, and negotiate internally with a broad range of stakeholders. Ability to lead projects, inclusive of project management and business analyst functions with a track record of strong execution and delivery Experience with risk management concepts across all risk stripes Familiarity with database technology, data modelling / data management, SQL, programming languages such as C++ or JavaScript a plus Advanced knowledge of EXCEL/VBA, Access and PowerPoint Knowledge of internal reporting applications, particularly Risk and Finance applications such as Optima, Risk, COGNOS, Genesis and Facility Management, is helpful Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively in a high volume and complex environment
