• The Cash & Trade Proc Sr Supv is an intermediate level role responsible for ensuring transactions are processed accurately and on time in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to use technical expertise and comprehension of how the team integrates with others in improving efficiencies, completing deliverables efficiently, and accomplishing overall objectives of cash management strategies.
• Recommend improvements to the daily workflow for a medium sized Cash and Trade Operations unit
• Recommend new work processes / technological improvements for cash management team in conjunction with identifying and resolving individual problem
• Carry-out non-routine cash and trade operations
• Evaluate performance and make recommendations for pay increases, promotions, terminations, hiring, etc.
• Provide evaluative solutions for cash management issues based on analysis of information, precedent, and acquired technical experience
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding the bank, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

• Handle Cash Management Processing in accordance with prescribed standards of banking operational procedures and other applicable guidelines.
• Knowledge of SWIFT and Domestic & Cross border payments, Investigations, reconciliations, would be preferred.
• Expertise on Sanctions screening ( Identification of sanction screening matches & disposition of them after thorough Investigation, In case of any ambiguities ability to escalate swiftly for resolution )
• Able to surpass the delivery service standards agreed with the client ( Accuracy & timeliness )
• Should have Thorough knowledge on Cash Investigations, user Acceptance testing.
• Quick resolution of queries raised by customers & Independent stakeholders.
• Stakeholder management Drive MBRs & other meetings.
• To review the process end to end and should be able to identify gaps, & implement appropriate controls after in-depth review of Process & Risk.
• Out of the box thinker to come up with new ideas
• Has a natural flair for Assess, eliminate, Digitize the process after in-depth review .
• Should have the flair for Process Reengineering initiatives enhancing client experience, cost optimization & eliminate the manual touch points
• Proactively identify and escalates any control or compliance related issues to supervisor
• Provide a guidance to a junior level in the team and ensure the daily work is delivered timely and accurately
