Job Description
  • Handling Sales for VRF
  • Managing Dealer/Architect/Consultant network expansion
  • Educate & Motivate Dealers thru company schemes, Policies, Products.
  • Market Mapping for new dealer identification, analyzing their potential / fitment, appointment process.
  • Effectively strategizing to create new businesses and customers on a continuous basis.
  • Maintaining contact with new and existing customers to advertise the product sales and deliver a detailed account strategy.
  • Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing customers.
  • Tender understanding for techno-commercial details.
  • End to end Project development
  • Studying the layout drawings and Carrying out the Heat load estimation.
  • Estimation and BOQ Preparation.
  • VRF design for the project as per client requirement.
  • Coordination with other MEP services.
  • Planning & scheduling of work along with the other team members
  • Delivering presentations of the company products at conferences, customer sites and exhibitions.
  • Collections/Receivables Management
  • Negotiating the agreement terms and closing down sales
