Job Description	End to end machine and process knowledge about DEK, SPI, NXT, REFLOW, AOI SMT defect analysis and trouble shooting Documents processes and implements process control for high reliability yields Provides interpretation of customer requirements and trains operators on product requirement Establishes and monitors key process measurements Keeps the companys manufacturing capabilities competitive Deploy ECN to production line and ensure that the BOM is up to date based on the ECN Monitor, support and improve day to day activities in SMT lines Perform line true failures analysis and improve the manufacturing process performance
