Job Description
  • Responsible for HR data consolidation, benchmarking and analysis
  • Collect and synthesize large data sets, carry out quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Synthesize findings and translate data into accessible, tangible and actionable insights
  • Prepare presentations, findings and recommendations to help guide them in their decision making
  • Experience using data visualization (e.g., tables, charts, graphs) to represent analyses to an executive audience
  • Highly competent in benchmarking and measurement with a desire to drive continuous improvement in performance measures and outcomes for the business
  • Excellent communications skills and solutions, and client service-oriented with an emphasis on creativity and diligence
  • Ability to self-direct work in an unstructured environment. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working autonomously at times
  • Handling large data and preparing data dashboards
Desired Profile
  • MIS Specialist, Strong on HR Analytics (SPSS, MATLAB, R, BI tools - Tableau, others)
  • Experience in working with senior management & Leadership team
  • Graduate or Post Graduate in HR/Analytics/Business Administration with at least 6 years in HR/Data Analytics is required
  • Certification in HR Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Visualisation will be an added advantage
  • Experience in data visualization (Advanced Excel, Tableau or Power BI preferred)
  • Understand basic statistical concepts & tools (Excel) and use them to interpret MI/BI reports related to performance management & related processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Office) and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong analytical skills
  • A proactive way of working to serve customers with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, high transaction team environment
  • Flexible to work in shifts
