Job Details

• Develop relevant Quality documents (e.g. quality agreements, product specifications) and requirements for new projects and for serial products shared between multiple company sites and the customer. Ensure that quality requirements are adequately documented.
• Responsible for the customer scorecard and quality performance reporting (performance data, current projects status, etc. agreed with customers) and the communication to the customer and within company.
• Responsible for global change request process : initiate the process for changes with global impact, coordinate with change initiator and relevant stakeholders, initiate customer notification letters, define necessary actions.
• To be a self-starter with a strong business focus and understanding of the sector, who likes to take responsibility and is willing to carry out the assigned tasks independently.
• Able to build solid relationships with customers and colleagues worldwide and have the skill to set up a dynamic network.
• Require flexibility and willingness to work outside standard working hours with colleagues and customers around the globe.

• Experience in customer-facing role desirable.
• Experience in pharmaceutical (packaging) industry is an asset.
• You have exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Science, Business, Engineering or another science-based discipline.
