Job Details

Lead the Technology delivery at overseeing multi-geographies where the global-in-house centers (GICs) and offshore platforms are located, with an overall current strength of around 20-30.
Responsible for the overall direction & delivery of the technology delivery for these lines of business across applications and projects.
Manages the partnership with senior line of business managers and technology managers to deliver successful business results based on technology requirements.
May have to manage budget through multiple Accounting Units/ Cost Centers. May have additional indirect budget management responsibility.
Establish a high performance/reliable Technology Operating Environment with the help of counterparts in the US and design, implement and manage service delivery of the same.
Build and lead a team to deliver quality and cost effective offshoring solutions to the US managers.
Ensure predictable, defect free deliverables meeting defined delivery metrics.
Engage the partners (counterparts in the other geographies) to plan, assign and manage the delivery of support, maintenance and development activities.
Establish process framework and quantitative measurement system for tracking and reporting delivery performance of all work done in GIC locations, partner ODCs.
Provide leadership for innovation, IP creation.
Create roadmap for delivering high value engagements from GIC locations.
Lead implementation of transformational initiatives
Continually identify and drive opportunities for process improvement
Provide inputs for effective talent strategy
