Ensuring proper health and biosecurity of the flock, manage entire operations, ensure SOP is followed strictly, so that ultimate company target/ outcome is achieved.
Responsible for managing our end to end backend operations for breeder farm and hatchery for south region that includes hatchery operations, Coordination with feed mill for breeder feed product and guiding and advising the microbiologist
Responsible to internally train, groom and guide the team members: People Development
Coordination with cross functional leaders from feed procurement, contract farming- cross functional stakeholders and alignment is a key ask
Developing data, MIS, Analytics will be required, he will be responsible to go through the set of complex data and come out with actions- Good in numbers, Analytics and critical thinking

• Should have had Breeder farm exposure, COB 430 (70-75% share in India), exposure in cob breed
