Job Description	New product design & development - Air side Products Air side component selection, performance validation and qualification CAD management and ability to guide designer Should cost analysis (good understanding of manufacturing processes) Understanding of the new product development process. Strong English communication skills - oral and written. Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment. Understanding of Air side key components such as blower, motor, coil, filter, HRW etc. and their selection Ability to design new AHU/FCU platform/ series from scratch VA/VE on Air side product
Desired Profile	Knowledge of psychometric chart and air conditioning processes. Understanding of local regulations, AHRI & Eurovent standard and testing procedure. Product software development Understanding of the new product development process. Strong English communication skills - oral and written.
