• problem solving skills to deliver solutions in line with business & senior management expectations both in terms of quality and agreed timelines.

• MBA degree with more than ten (10) years of experience and strong background into e-commerce sales management and operations
• Experience of managing and building teams in an entrepreneurial setting
• Experience in developing channel specific product launch plans with appropriate sales targets
• Strong persuasive skills and ability to influence decision-makers and align stakeholders across multiple department
