Job Description

Responsible for managing the Sales activities in alignment with the Organizational objectives and Annual Business Plan and build towards the Digital initiative
Achieve month-on-month plan for Order Booking by Regions and Technology Units as per the Annual Business Plan
Responsible for meeting Gross Margin
Create opportunity pipeline and drive end-to-end
Create a Partner ecosystem across technology solutions
Responsible for managing Principal, Partners and Key Customer relationship for the specified market
Focus on Large deal pursuit in line with Organization objectives and build strategies around the overall business plan
Identify areas of market potential and growth and define regional strategy in line with the Corporate guidelines
Act as client thought partner with respect to organizational competence/pursuit focus with Client executives
Planning/execution for larger deals in coordination with Operations Head (OH) and External Business Head (EBH). Leverage and strengthen partner relationships to better execute pursuits and win opportunities
Guide Marketing team in collateral development in line with specific pursuits or in the development of standard collaterals related to solutions/services
Help in creation of new sales collaterals for the business unit e.g. whitepapers, brochures, sales playbooks, presentations etc.
Conduct research on industry/ regional trends as it applies to solutions, engagement models, service delivery models, commercial models and share with Marketing team. Help establish companys Equity and Brand positioning in the Market

Desired Profile
  • Overall experience of 14+ years including a minimum 7 years in the IT Services industry
  • Should have worked at least 5 years in big IT organization at senior position and driving Digital initiative sales
  • Should have exposure into Global Markets for Enterprise Accounts in at least 3 of these Regions - USA, Europe, APAC, India and Middle-East
  • Must have managed a team of sales professionals
  • Demonstrated ability to build Principal Relationship and bring Growth for the business
  • M.B.A. (Sales & Marketing). Engineering Graduate with MBA is preferred
  • Certification in Digital Solutions
  • Should have strategic vision & thought process
  • Flare for cultivating long term relationships with stake holders
  • Excellent Communication & Persuasion Skills
  • Aggressive and Result Oriented
  • Team Working, Meticulous, Self-motivated & self-starter
