Good understanding of ETL architectures (Control Frameworks, reusable components, metadata-driven designs)
Design and development of complex ETL workflows using Talend Data Integration
Hands-on experience with Spark
Strong SQL experience
Strong analytical thinking
Responsible for applications data analysis and ETL development activities.
Worked with Big Data projects across Hadoop and Cloud technologies (or equivalents) S3, Hive, Spark, Presto / Athena
Requirement gathering & understanding, effort estimation and technical design
Accountable for all phases of development process analysis, design, construction, testing and implementation; provides user and operational support on applications to business users.
Work proactively & independently to address project requirements, and articulate issues/challenges with enough lead time to address project delivery risks.
Proven experience as a technical lead within data projects
Solves / works complex problems / projects through in-depth evaluation of business processes, system processes and industry standards; performs root cause analyses
Working in Agile environment

• Talend - Big Data
• Programming languages like Python, Scala or Java
• Knowledge of regulatory and/or experience in banking domain
