Responsible for requirements gathering, technical development and project management while working with a range of stakeholders. In addition, will be establishing yourself as an analytics expert
Work on a variety of projects with teams including those in financial and non-financial risk.
Will be part of a global function with a global role and will work collaboratively to find creative solutions to business problems.
Need to be able to communicate these to business stakeholders in both a technical and non-technical manner.
Required relevant experience and track record of discovering, promoting and delivering analytical use cases.
Will be comfortable presenting complex ideas and solution outcomes to a range of stakeholders as well as have the ability to step back from a problem and think of out-out-the-box solutions, demonstrated by examples from your commercial experience to date.

• Education in Statistics, Engineering, Maths, Computer Science, Finance, Economics and/or any other relevant quantitative discipline.
• This includes a minimum bachelors degree qualification with strong academic performance
• 6-9 years of experience within a data engineering or data analytics capacity.
• Experience in individually leading data analytics projects/developments, managing stakeholders and visualising/presenting data using Power BI, Plotly, D3, Tableau, etc will be helpful.
• Advanced analytics to optimise processes, and identify and anticipate risks across financial (credit, market risk) and non-financial (compliance, behavioural, operational risk) areas
• R, Python, SQL and tools (Alteryx) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
