To drive the quality governance of key OTC activities ensuring on time and accurate execution with meeting agreed KPI’s.
To support also the continuous improvement projects and initiatives targeted in driving capabilities and solutions to mitigate risks and address future business needs.
Scope to considers end to end process, from order management, to collection management activities and across systems, processes, and organization.
To participate in the analysis and break down of business processes, resulting identification of business process improvements, and supporting designed solutions.
To drive operational excellence in execution of related OTC accountabilities regionally in support of company commercial and financial goals.
To ensure consistency for designated accounts for Customer Service/ Order Management related activities and applies to strategies, policies and compliance as well as executions.
Accountable for partnering with the external departments to execute the order management, returns management and reporting activities within agreed Service Levels to achieve the sales earnings goals.

• Strong analytical skills and mindset, ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data.
• Works in a structured, well organised way.
• Have a very strong knowledge of Excel, macros, basic programing
• Flexible & stress-resistant
• Customer service experience would be an asset
• You are fluent in English, other European languages would be an asset
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
• Strong systems/computer knowledge essential: SAP or ERP order management system, BI,
• Strong knowledge Microsoft Office Suite in including presentations
• Lean Six Sigma will be an asset
