• Delivers timely and accurate financial statements in a complex and global environment.
• Provides cross-functional leadership, leveraging organizational resources and improving business processes.
• Designs, implements and documents controls.
• Reviews monthly reconciliations, journal entries and Balance Sheet variance analysis.
• Prepares reports and schedules as needed.
• Oversees internal and external audit requirements.
• Provides support on new business initiatives• Manages performance and assists with the development of associates.

• Minimum 7 years of business experience with accountability for controllership, financial planning, reporting and analysis for a business unit
• Dynamic analytical, problem solving and project management abilities with proven systems knowledge and expertise
• Flexibility with regards to job responsibilities
• Expert knowledge and proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Extremely strong customer service orientation and the ability to multi-task; with the desire to work in a very fast paced environment and the ability to not become frustrated with last minute changes
• Effective interpersonal and organizational skills; especially when it comes to working directly with senior level directors
• Impeccable communication skills
• Strong team orientation
• Excellent discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy
• Demonstrated ability to learn new computer programs quickly
