Job Details

Resource will be responsible for R&D programs specifically on electrical and electronics component work involved in Inverter controllers, BLDC motor options, Connectivity solution across LC controller
Strong knowledge and understanding of Controller Development, PCB Development techniques. Good to have an experience in leading large VAVE projects
Exposure to identifying and performing root cause analysis.
Experience in –Inverter PCB Development, Inverter Drivers, Conducting DC Motor Analysis
Strong in Software Analytics would be an added advantage
Understanding product reliability and awareness of electronic components qualification

• At least 3-5 years of experience with 3-5 years of experience in Controller Development, PCB Development
• Essential Competencies/ Primary Skill Set:
• Exposure to identifying and performing root cause analysis.
• Experience in –Inverter PCB Development, Inverter Drivers, Conducting DC Motor Analysis
• Desirable Competencies/ Secondary Skill Set:
• Understanding of the entire new product development process.
• Strong English communication skills - oral and written.
• Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.
• Passionate about building high-quality systems with implementation of best practices.
• Understanding and responding quickly to customer issues
