Engage and contribute to Identity & Access Management and Security Operations, while contributing to the technical infrastructure and Security problems, challenges and complexities.
Technical lead of Identity & Access Management platform interfacing, collaborating, governing technical design.
Produce enterprise-level designs for key global initiatives and following those through to implementation through collaboration with Core engineering, Trading and support teams.
Able to seek out and evaluate new technologies that may have value to the organization. Maintain an expert knowledge of existing technology.
Troubleshooting and ability to analyze technical problems to prevent future occurrence.
Provision dashboards of key metrics.
Ensuring adherence to appropriate standards, best practices workplace policies and procedures.
Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing hands on support, maintaining communication and updating senior staff on progress.

• Hands-on experience on Identity & Access Management and related Tools.
• Expertise in implementing IAM (Identity and Access Management), authentication & authorization, federation solutions, Secure Vault, Role Based Access Control, Multi-factor Authentication, Attribute-Based Access Control, Single Sign-on, SAML, OAuth and OpenID for digital protection on web based / cloud-based applications.
• In-depth knowledge of Identity provisioning and access management matters with hands-on experience involving configuration, implementation & customization.
• Use case design, Solution Requirements Specification and mapping business requirements to technical and Security requirements.
• Hands-on Development experience on Provisioning Workflows, triggers, Rules and customizing the tool as per the requirements.
• Detailed knowledge of Authentication services and Identity federation.
• Use-case design, Solution requirements specification and mapping business requirements to technical requirements.
• Liaise with Business stakeholders and seek requirement clarification
• Hands on experience on Integration with other tools such as Sailpoint, Okta, and Secrets Vault solutions will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to Unix/Linux environments with knowledge of commands & basic shell scripting will be an added advantage.
• 7-12 years relevant experience, successfully delivering in an Enterprise environment.
• BE in Computer Science / Information Security / Information Technology

• Self starter with a can-do attitude capable of overcoming difficult challenges.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with the distributed team and stakeholders.
• Showcase good critical thinking and analytical skills.
