• Zero Stock out for any RM / PM
• Accurate RM / PM Scheduling as per plan as per inventory norms and Lead times
• Monitoring Need By Date v/s Actual Delivery Date i.e OTIF. The adherence to schedule & reduction in rejections should show an improvement Month on Month. Also develop supplier rating system
• Develop and sustain MIS: Daily Incoming v/s Plan, Material Availability v/s Requirement, Inventory End Days (No of days inventory available at Plant) as per norms, salvage slow and non-moving materials
• Design and Develop strategy on maintaining pipeline of material using Min - Max Analysis for better scheduling and Inventory Management – Project Work & improvement
• Maintaining Scrap OTIF Measurement
• Ensuring Inventory reconciliation with zero gaps at the Month end.

• Responsible for timely release of Schedules to suppliers based on Production Plan keeping in mind the Lead Time & Transit time of various materials and Safety stocks at plants.
• Responsible for End to End Material Planning & forecasting based on EOQ Model
• Responsible for timely availability of Material to Production team as per Plan
• Responsible for adherence to Inventory Norms (In Days/No.of cases) for RM / PM at all times
• Responsible for Supplier Evaluation by Capturing Planned Vs Actual Receipt (OTIF) and Quality performance as per BCL Specs
• Responsible for keeping track of Rejections, Shortages & Breakages to evaluate suppliers & service providers, slow and non – moving inventory
• Preparation daily/weekly & monthly MIS.
• Communicate and resolve escalation is collaboration with procurement, quality, R&D and manufacturing teams and participate in monthly review meetings
• Responsible for coordinating materials for NPD Trials and any cost innovation in coordination with HO teams.
• Responsible for Accuracy & Timely dispatches of FG from Plant to Depots.
• Responsible for accuracy in Scrap Disposal from Plant.
