Designation Key Account Sales Officer - With Leading Healthcare Industry Client
Job Description
  • Handling primary and secondary sales of the assigned Modern Trade Customers & Distributors .
  • Achieving the assigned targets.
  • Strong Relationship building with Store & Buying Team.
  • Availability & Visibility across all the stores in assigned territory
  • New Product Introductions & Brand Activations to be aligned with category team.
  • Hiring, training and coaching of Merchandisers & Promoters.
  • Ensuring customer and project database is up to date
  • Ensuring adherence to Danone CODE Of Business conduct
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with Internal & External Customers
  • Responsible for Account Receivables from allocated customers.

  • Strong experience in handling modern trade customers with proven sales record
  • Extensive market knowledge of the assigned region
  • Effective presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Team management skills
