• Execute Appian automation platform tasks and other emerging technologies to automate processes while ensuring all the technology mandates are met properly
• Contribute with the A&I Champions program, adopting Appian and other new technologies, sourcing trainings to be shared with Finance And Risk Shared Services globally, provide the required training session and give hand to hand support while executing Appian and other automation projects
• Develop full-scale Appian automation platform and other emerging technologies project plans and associated communications documents.
• Partner with the A&I Project Delivery team to proper report on progress and update stakeholders, at the time that compliance requirements are reviewed properly
• Partner with the A&I Project Execution team to ensure projects are executed properly, define the project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with the working team (PM, BA, etc.) and stakeholders.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools, in collaboration with the project delivery team
• Interaction with Audit related deliverables.
• Own and execute Appian automation platform strategy for the FRSS Automation and Innovation team while conducting solutions within this platform.

• 6 years of experience in development of technological solutions or a technological environment
• A minimum of 1 year of experience executing Appian automation platform or similar to automate processes, preferably in a finance environment
• This person should have teaching skills, that will enable him/her to properly teach emerging techs into FRSS
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or technology related fields.
• Process modeling experience
• Appian automation platform Certification desired
• Process automation leveraging emerging technologies experience – Required
• Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
• Ability to execute development projects.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Development in a Financial environment experience desirable
• Must be able to quickly learn, understand, and apply new technologies.
